The Fine Print


We want you to love wearing your sandals, and we know it can be tricky some times to find the perfect fit when buying online.

So if the pair you received is not quite right, get in touch with us via the contact page and we'll get the ball rolling for an exchange.

Here's the fine print on that:

Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges. 

Exchange is valid within 30 days of your purchase date. This means, the original pair must be returned to Sole Purpose Australia within that time. If you're unsure about how many days you have left to put through your exchange, please contact us.

The item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it. Avoid trying them on while standing on abrasive surfaces to avoid damage to the soles. 

It must also be in the original packaging.

If you received a pair as a gift (lucky you!) however they aren't the perfect fit, please contact us as soon as you can. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to Sole Purpose. Please use a trackable service to ensure we receive it.


    FAULTY ITEMS

    Our sandals are carefully crafted and rigorously tested, so if there is a manufacturing fault in your pair we want to know about it as soon as possible.

    If your sandal has a defect or manufacturing fault, within 60 days of purchase, get in touch with us. We will return the faulty sandals to our partners in Sri Lanka for inspection, and in the meantime, replace your pair as soon as possible.
